Dear
Friend,
Do you have a dream? Would others consider you a
"dreamer"? You know what I mean. You can't help but tell others
what God has placed within your heart to accomplish for Him. Sometimes you
get rejected with statements like, "oh, that will never happen"
or, "why would God want to use you?". There are also those who
agree wholeheartedly and support your dream. If you're a dreamer, you're
in good company! God places His dreams in people like you and me! Man's
thinking says that in order for God to use a person that they must be
somebody extraordinary with extraordinary talents. Thank God, He has a
different idea!
God puts His dreams in the hearts of those who
have to depend upon Him to see them fulfilled! People that others would
never have considered for the task! People who may not have started out
with an anointing. They were those who said, "God, if you can use me,
I make myself available to you". God anoints available people. Thanks
be to God that men do not chose His "dreamers"! The world is
full of talented people who aren't doing anything for the kingdom of God.
Dreamers must understand that the dream is dependent upon God not talent.
We are in a season of time where change is
becoming rapid and constant. In the years ahead, change shall only
increase as time accelerates. The 21st century is fast approaching! The
church must become adapt to change as God moves upon our hearts for
obedience. Church, as we know it today, will become a thing of the past.
Business as usual will no longer be acceptable to an ever-changing church.
Not changing to conform to society but rather being transformed into His
dream of what the church shall be. The norm shall be change.
Joseph had a dream. He had excitement in his
voice when he spoke about his dream. He became known as that
"dreamer". His father loved him and gave him a tunic of many
colors. This coat represented the international anointing that God had
placed upon him from his childhood. His brothers were jealous, but Joseph
just kept dreaming! He faced many things that opposed him. He faced the
pit. He faced Potifar's wife. He faced imprisonment. All these things were
for his preparation. In the midst of every phase of his testing, he
remained a servant to all those around him. When it was his time of
promotion, he ascended to his place of promise - the fulfillment of His
dream in "one day"!
He sent a man before them; Joseph; who was sold
as a slave. They hurt his feet with fetters, He was laid in irons. Until
the time that his word came to pass, The word of the LORD tested him. The
king sent and released him, The ruler of the people let him go free. He
made him lord of his house, And ruler of all his possessions, To bind his
princes at his pleasure, And teach his elders wisdom. Psalms 105:17-22
Hear the Word of the Lord to your life,
Dreamer...In "one day" promotion shall come to you as you follow
My Voice. As you allow Me to train you in the way that you shall go, I
will release My potential and purpose through you. What the enemy throws
your way shall only cause you to arise as you walk in my ways. For I, the
Lord your God, shall bring promotion to those I chose to exalt. As you
seek My face and lean upon Me, nothing shall stop that which I would do
through you. For even in this day, I am bringing connections to you that
shall be used in the years ahead to bring success to that which I have
placed in your heart. Connect! Connect! Connect! Every joint shall meet a
need! Stay faithful! Do not give up the dream! Stand and see My salvation,
says the Lord God!
As we allow God to work in our hearts, we'll find
that the dreams He has placed there begin to become reality. They become
alive and vibrant when He blows His breath upon them! God shall promote
His dreamers in one day! Dream on in God! He is a dreamer, too! When your
memories exceed your dreams, life is over for you! As we move into the
21st century, the church should take note of the following: The future
belongs to those who see possibilities before they become obvious.
Until we meet again, we are...
