Dear Friend,
You are cordially invited to a revolution! It’s
1999! The Lord wants the Body of Christ to have a "revolution
resolution"! We are to have a firm resolve that we’ll walk
through whatever we have to in fulfilling His desire. We are
entering into some of the greatest changes that the end time church
has experienced thus far. Revolution means to have sudden change in
any situation. It also means to have sudden political overthrow or
seizure of power brought about from within a given system. There’s
a shaking in the making! We are in the beginning stages of shaking
that will cause cataclysmic overthrow. God will shake those things
that are thought to be unshakable. All the icons that have become
gods of control to us will be brought down. In a time when most want
church as usual, God wants an unusual church. It’s time to get fed
up with the set up! He’s calling the remnant to come out from
among the "church".
As in the days of John Huss, John Wycliff and Martin Luther, God has
set us up for another Apostolic Reformation. It’s time to reshape
the church into the image that God has in mind. As we have heard the
cry of the Spirit to return to Bible basics in all that we do,
it’s also evident that we shall return to the biblical pattern of
the local church and it’s many relationships.
Redefine
In ‘99!
The earth will experience the sovereignty of God in unprecedented
measure. Many impossible changes will become historical fact in
’99. Major changes will take place in all arenas (international,
national, political, business, financial, social, church, family,
etc.). The paradigm shift that God has been speaking about will
become evident throughout the earth as the "new model"
becomes reality. We will see the goodness and the severity of our
God (Romans 11:22). His goodness will be seen in the lives of those
who turned to Him in these recent years of preparation. His severity
will be seen against those systems and individuals that have arisen
to hinder His purposes and His people. The religious and worldly
systems that have ruled the nations will find their controlling
tactics shriveling. It will be a difficult time for those who have
decided not to go on with the Lord. On the other hand, it shall be
the best of times for those who delight themselves in the Lord!
Miraculous intervention shall become an expected way of life.
Spiritual warfare will be redefined through prayer. Soldiers think
differently than sheep. New perspectives will be realized as God
begins revealing Jesus as the true "prototype" man of war
(Isaiah 42:13-16). Much of the warfare the Body has been trained in
has evolved into formulated tactics in response to any pressures or
sufferings. Many are not prepared to endure hardness (2 Timothy
2:3), but shall learn quickly as they are mobilized in a military
fashion. Through prayer, we will be shown innovative strategies of
the Spirit. Also, the discernment to rightly divide and to know what
is a battle versus distraction and what is our God versus demonic
attack. We must once again come to the Lord as a child in all things
(1 Kings 3:7-12).
War
Time In ‘99!
Many attacks shall come on many fronts to
destroy and distract the elect. Fear shall be prevalent. The remnant
shall prevail! These will become opportunities for demonstrations of
God’s glory. Total dependence on Jesus and His Word will be the
only defense (Jeremiah 15:21). These will be battlegrounds of
breaking barriers and shattering unyielding strongholds holding the
Church back from advancing.
Arise
& Shine In ‘99!
God spoke in ’98 and said, "Moses My servant is dead. Now
therefore, arise" (Joshua 1:2). The days of advancing forward
as soldiers into the purposes of God are at hand. The Moses
mentality will no longer work in these days. The old model is no
longer appropriate for the time. Moses’ realm of influence and
anointing stopped at the Jordan. The new model Joshua ministry is
arising in the apostolic/prophetic company of soldiers that is
coming forth in this hour. They’re tired of wilderness walking.
They’re ready to possess and divide an inheritance to God’s
people! The anointing they carry will open doors and turn things
upside-down (Acts 17:6).
This "new breed" that has been hidden away will be
revealed as the leaders of the 21st century church. The
favor of God surrounds them (Psalms 5:12). They have been trained
and anointed by the hand of God. They have passed the test and now
promotion comes by the Spirit. As this unfolds, new avenues of
ministry and strategy will be opened unto them. All of creation is
eagerly awaiting the glory they carry (Romans 8:19). Their calling
is from the Lord of Hosts and to Him they have devoted their hearts.
They are not bound to what is behind them. With eyes and hearts
fixed, they pursue the will of the Father (Philippians 3:8-14).
Their realm of influence is just beginning as they lead the people
of God across the Jordan. Shepherd staffs will be traded for swords,
as sheep become soldiers. Those who choose to follow these leaders
will find their days of comfortable Christianity come to an end.
Forsaking a lukewarm mentality will be the followers’ constant
challenge. Many believers will experience quantum leaps in maturity
as they receive spiritual time acceleration. God will take them from
where they are to where He wants them to be.
Crossing
the Lines In ‘99!
Apostolic and prophetic ministries who have been faithful will now
begin to see an increase in the miraculous with manifestations of
signs and wonders. Prophetic perception and power will accompany a
new release of apostolic authority and order. The anointing for true
fathering will increase and draw true sons and daughters as they see
the Father’s heart revealed. Every boundary will begin to be
crossed with these evidences of the presence of God. They’ll go
behind once established lines of opposition and go into unusual
places. Invitation into once closed denominational arenas will
increase, as interest is peaked. As boldness increases in these
companies, they will see no barriers, impossibilities or be hindered
by fears (Proverbs 28:1). The command of the Lord is "Arise and
Roar!" They will roar the call to "Awake!" to the
Body of Christ. The church has been in slumber and asleep almost as
if in a comatose state. They shall experience an awakening to become
God’s army (Ezekiel 37:10).
"Kairos"
Time In ‘99!
It’s
a set time, an appointed time, a proper time. Mark 1:15 reads, "The
time (kairos) is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at
hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel." It’s time to
believe the gospel, not man’s ways. Evangelism will take on a
totally new degree of effectiveness. Another seasonally applicable
Scripture passage is Romans 13:11-14, "And do this, knowing
the time (kairos-appointed time), that now it is high time
(the day, the hour, the instant) to awake out of sleep; for now (presently
or immediately) our salvation is nearer than when we first
believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let
us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of
light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and
drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But
put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh,
to fulfill its lusts." It’s a "now" time for
the new!
It’s a time to go beyond where we have gone. The ministry of the
saints will begin to go into new areas. It will be commonplace to
shatter traditional mindsets of how church should be done; making
church available to untraditional people through untraditional
mediums.
Divinely
Align In ‘99!
Who will possess the kingdom? Who will be willing and obedient
(Isaiah 1:19)? Who will dare to push past the fear of man and endure
tribulation to enter into the power of the kingdom of God (Acts
14:22)? What relationships are you willing to lose? Are you willing
to be persecuted for righteousness? Will you lay down what I have
given to you? Will you let me change your doctrinal thinking? What
price are you willing to pay for the cause of Christ? Are you
willing to accept loss? These are things God is asking those who
choose to enter into the Promised Land. He’ll fill their mouths
with, "Is there not a cause (1 Samuel 17:29)!? I will fulfill
the call of God on my life! Nobody will stop me!"
Divine connections will prevail with those who are being woven into
the harvesting net. Individuals, ministries and churches will
network together to align themselves in increased accountability.
Relational transparency will become the standard for being truly
used of God. Widespread revelation of the operational aspects of the
government of God will be released bringing proper alignment.
Harvesting
Time In ‘99!
The number nine has a two-fold meaning – finality and judgment.
Meaning that it’s time for some things to arrive at their expected
end, but also the time is at hand for reaping. Finality implies the
end, whether it’s the closure of something that’s unresolved or
the final stage of completion - fruitfulness. It’s a
"finally" generation (Ephesians 6:10) that is ready to
arise! They have been hidden and waiting. There will much harvesting
in results and rewards beginning in ’99. Judgment implies the
concluding of those things God has been resisting and speaking
against. Man will no longer be able to get by with fleshly methods
of accomplishing God’s purposes. The gods of the church will be
judged and brought down.
God
Will Provide In ‘99!
The Body of Christ has only begun to experience Jubilee. The door is
open and now the favor of the Lord will be poured out. Harvests that
have been held back are being reserved for this time. Financial
windfalls shall be prevalent as the wealth transfers begin coming to
the faithful. God will expose hidden provision and revelation.
Drawing
The Line In ‘99!
A line has been drawn by God that will reveal the true motives of
the heart. Hearts will now be exposed for all to see. The
"hidden" shall be exposed. Those hidden things that are
trying to escape scrutiny will be exposed. God will also cause those
whose motive is godly to be revealed as true in heart. The Achan
spirit (fleshly) will be made manifest as well the Joshua spirit
(godly). We have entered another season of intense testing (1
Corinthians 3:13).
Plumb
Line In ‘99!
Luke 5:39 "And no one, having drunk old wine, immediately
desires new; for he says, 'The old is better.'" Ephesians
5:18 "And do not be drunk with wine, in which is
dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit." New wine is
always true! It is always fresh! Let us not be drunk on the old. It
is wasteful. It’s time to get full on God and not our chosen ways!
1999 will be a year of retrospection. We will look back and see how
far we have come in such a short span of time. Selah!
